Common Surface Treatments for Metal Parts

1. Electroplating: Commonly used metal parts are electroplated with zinc, nickel, chromium, copper, etc., to prevent corrosion, improve wear resistance, enhance aesthetics, etc.

2. Anodizing: commonly used for surface treatment of aluminum alloys and is an essential process

8. Dacromet treatment: Similar to electroplating, domestically named as zinc chromium coating
