Publish Time: 2024-09-26     Origin: Site

Principle and Process:

Dakro treatment is a new type of surface treatment technology, mainly composed of zinc powder, aluminum powder, chromic acid, and deionized water. A dense Dacromet coating is formed on the surface of screws and bolts through processes such as immersion, centrifugation, and heating.

Features and advantages:

Super corrosion resistance: The rust prevention effect of Dacromet coating is 7-10 times more than that of traditional electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing or coating methods.

No hydrogen embrittlement: The Dacromet treatment process determines that there is no hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon, making it suitable for use in stressed parts.

High heat resistance: Dacromet coating can withstand high temperature corrosion, with a heat resistance temperature of over 300 ℃.

Good adhesion and recoating performance: The Dacromet coating has good adhesion to the metal substrate and is easy to bond with other additional coatings.

limitations:

High cost: The Dacromet treatment process is relatively complex and costly.

Single color: The Dacromet coating has a relatively single color, which may not meet certain occasions with specific color requirements.
