Preliminary heat treatment: In order to increase the hardness of the material and facilitate processing, normalizing heat treatment is generally carried out before processing, with a controlled temperature of approximately 960 ° C and a hardness maintained at HB170-207.

Marking and drilling: After preliminary heat treatment, the blank is turned or blasted on both end faces, and the center hole position is marked. Special tools are used to drill the center holes at both ends.

Coarse and precision machining of the outer circle: Based on the center hole, the outer circle is machined in sequence to ensure its coaxiality and perpendicularity.

Center hole grinding: After rough machining, the center hole needs to be ground to improve its accuracy and surface quality.
