Rack parameter selection
(1) Whether the runout, full tooth depth, common normal line and tooth direction of the gear are qualified, and whether the pitch error is out of tolerance.
(2) Whether the installation distance of gear and rack is appropriate after installation.
(3) The meshing clearance of rack and gear shall be 0.25 * module.
(4) Whether the rack full tooth depth, runout, common normal line, especially the tooth direction are qualified.
