Overhead Paint Conveyor Line
Utilizes an overhead chain-type conveyor system with chains and tracks that can bend and elevate freely. It mainly consists of a spray booth, chamber, overhead conveyor system, heating system, control system, and exhaust system. The chamber features a frame structure with molded baking panels for easy assembly/disassembly and excellent insulation. The conveyor uses overhead chains, with chain specifications adjustable based on product weight. The oven heating method can be hot air blow-in or convection. Energy sources include electricity, diesel, coal, firewood, or natural gas. The control system employs a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor for adjustable speed. Temperature control uses imported intelligent thermostats for high precision, along with timers and thermal overload protection.
Flat Paint Conveyor Line
Uses mesh belts, belts, or rollers for transportation. It consists of a spray booth, chamber, transmission system, heating system, control system, and exhaust system. The chamber has a frame structure with molded baking panels for easy assembly/disassembly and insulation. The conveyor can be a flat mesh belt, belt, or roller system. Oven heating methods include hot air blow-in or convection, with energy sources like electricity, diesel, coal, firewood, or natural gas. The control system features a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor and imported intelligent thermostats for precise temperature control.
Ground Rail Paint Conveyor Line
Employs ground rail chain transportation, consisting of a dust removal chamber, spray booth, chamber, transmission system, heating system, control system, and exhaust system. The chamber has a frame structure with molded baking panels for easy assembly/disassembly and insulation. The conveyor uses ground rail chains, with specifications adjustable based on product weight. Oven heating methods include hot air blow-in or convection, with energy sources like electricity, diesel, coal, firewood, or natural gas. The control system features a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor for adjustable speed. Paint conveyor lines offer environmental benefits, fast drying, automatic temperature control, variable speed, fault alarms, simple operation, and an aesthetically pleasing design.

Process Layout
Powder Coating Line:
Loading conveyor → Powder coating → Baking (10 min, 180°C–220°C) → Cooling → Unloading
Paint Coating Line:
Loading conveyor → Electrostatic dust removal → Primer → Leveling → Topcoat → Leveling → Baking (30 min, 80°C) → Cooling → Unloading.

Equipment Components
A coating conveyor line consists of seven main parts: pretreatment equipment, powder coating system, paint spraying equipment, oven, heat source system, electrical control system, and overhead conveyor chain.
Pretreatment Equipment
A multi-stage spray pretreatment unit is commonly used for surface treatment. It employs mechanical washing to accelerate chemical reactions for degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, etc. A typical process for steel parts includes: pre-degreasing, degreasing, rinsing, rinsing, surface conditioning, phosphating, rinsing, rinsing, and pure water rinsing. Pretreatment can also use shot blasting machines, suitable for simple structures with severe rust and little to no oil, without water pollution.
Powder Coating System
The small cyclone + filter recovery device is an advanced powder recovery system with quick color change capability. Key components of the powder coating system are recommended to be imported, while the spray booth and electric mechanical lifts can be domestically produced.
Paint Spraying Equipment
Examples include oil-wash spray booths and water-curtain spray booths, widely used for surface coating of hardware, appliances, lighting, plastic parts, and large loaders.
Oven
The oven is a critical part of the coating line, with temperature uniformity being a key quality indicator. Heating methods include radiation, hot air circulation, or a combination. Ovens can be single-chamber or pass-through, with designs like straight-through or bridge-type. Hot air circulation ovens offer excellent insulation, uniform temperature (±3°C), and low heat loss, meeting advanced international standards.
Heat Source System
Hot air circulation is the most common heating method, using convection to dry and cure workpieces. Heat sources can be electricity, steam, gas, or fuel oil. The heat source box can be placed at the top, bottom, or side. High-temperature-resistant circulating fans are energy-efficient, low-noise, and compact.
Electrical Control System
Coating line controls can be centralized or standalone. Centralized control uses PLCs to automate processes, monitor data, and provide alarms. Standalone control is more common, with individual control boxes near equipment for low cost, intuitive operation, and easy maintenance.
Overhead Conveyor Chain
Used in industrial and coating lines, the overhead conveyor can handle loads of 500–600 kg. It smoothly transports workpieces through various stations, with automated switching via electrical controls. Cooling and unloading areas include parallel storage, with alarms for faults.
