Product Description
The BTL Taper Bushings-B series is a tapered bushing for use in mechanical transmissions and is available in a variety of models and specifications. These bushings are typically used with traditional A, B, and 5V belts and are suitable for most B5V pulleys. Specifically, B-bushings are commonly used in holes with diameters ranging from 1/2 to 2-7/16 inches.
In addition, B-Series tapered bushings are used in a wide range of industries, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, woodworking, bulk material handling, and packaging material handling. Design features include easy installation and removal, a needle roller design for easy insertion and removal, and an 8° tapered clamping device to ensure precise alignment of bearings with the shaft.
This bushing also features an integrated key that eliminates backlash and improves accuracy, reducing costs and improving overall efficiency. Due to their simple design and reliability, B-Series tapered bushings are very popular in applications that require high reliability and durability.
