The speed-multiplying chain is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the traditional standard roller chain, retaining the classic and mature chain basic structure while carrying out targeted innovative design on the core moving parts, which not only ensures the high durability and stability of the chain, but also realizes the unique speed amplification function.

Consistent with conventional industrial conveying chains, the basic components of Longde speed-multiplying chain include standard outer link plates, inner link plates, high-precision pin shafts, wear-resistant sleeves and rolling components. This structural breakthrough abandons the single roller design of traditional chains, and realizes the differential speed operation through the synchronous rotation of rollers with different diameters, which is the unique core technology of speed-multiplying conveying equipment.

The specific speed-multiplying operation principle can be explained through physical angular velocity and linear velocity operation logic. During the stable operation of the automated production line, the main body of the speed-multiplying chain advances at a set low and constant speed, which can effectively reduce the operation noise, component wear and equipment failure rate, and improve the overall stability and service life of the conveying equipment. At this time, the small roller in contact with the guide rail rolls forward synchronously with the chain body and drives the coaxial large roller to rotate at the same angular velocity. According to the physical motion principle, under the condition of the same angular velocity, the larger the roller diameter, the longer the linear rolling distance per unit time. Therefore, the rolling linear speed of the large roller is far higher than the moving speed of the small roller and the chain body.

Relying on this differential speed formed by the coaxial different-diameter roller structure, the tooling plates and workpieces placed on the large roller will be driven to move forward at an accelerated speed. Finally, the actual conveying speed of the workpiece is 2.5 times or 3 times the running speed of the chain body, realizing the efficient speed-multiplying conveying effect.
