Among them, the chain plays a vital role in the operation of the lifting platform, so today I would like to explain the difference between the plate single chain and the plate double chain.

One.What is plate chain plate chain is connected by the pin shaft and chain plate bar circulation combination to form the chain, the chain is mainly used in traction and lifting occasions, with certain safety requirements. All plate chains are manufactured according to ISO4347, ASME, B29.8M and other standards, with good interchangeability. At the same time, it can be customized according to the customer's working conditions, through reasonable material selection, optimize the process, to produce a special plate chain higher than the standard requirements, with high strength, high fatigue and long life characteristics.

Two.The composition of the chain

1. Chain plate

Chain plate is the main bearing part of the chain, and it is also the most common part in the chain. Chain plate is usually made of steel plate cutting, and the thickness and size of the chain plate vary according to different models of chain. The chain plate is connected together to form the main structure of the chain, which carries the transmission of power and bears the load.

2. The pin shaft

The pin shaft is a very important part of the chain, which is responsible for the connection and transfer of power of the chain plate. The pin shaft is usually made of carbon steel or alloy steel material, with high strength and hardness, to ensure the transmission and bearing capacity of the chain. There are two connection modes of pin shaft: self-locking and matching pin. According to different application scenarios and load requirements, different connection modes are selected.

3. Chain pin

Chain pin is the connecting part in the chain, which is responsible for connecting the chain plate and the pin shaft together to play the role of connecting the chain. The size and thickness of the chain pin also depend on different models and load requirements, usually made of carbon steel or alloy steel materials.

4. Card board

Card board is used to prevent the chain plate friction and chain parts, installed between the chain plate and the pin shaft, fixing the chain plate and the pin shaft role. The size and shape of the card plate also depend on the different chain models to better protect the chain parts.

5. The liner

The chain bushing is a protective part of the chain, which can reduce the friction and wear between the chain plate and the pin shaft, and prolong the service life of the chain. Usually made of plastic or metal material, there are also some special requirements for the chain needs to add a self-lubricated material to the bushing. In short, the chain is composed of chain plate, pin shaft, chain pin, card plate and bushing parts, which cooperate with each other to complete the important role of transmitting power and load bearing. Under different application scenarios and load requirements, choosing suitable chain types and materials can improve the transmission efficiency and service life of mechanical equipment.

Three. Single chain and double chain

Single and double chains are two chain structures that are often used in mechanical structures.

1. Single chain

The simple lift adopts a chain load-bearing lift. Its advantages are simple structure, low manufacturing cost, more convenient to maintain. However, the disadvantages of a single chain are also obvious, because there is only one chain to bear the weight and impact of the whole lifting platform. The strength requirement of the chain is very high, and once the chain breaks or fails, the whole lifting platform will be paralyzed.

Now most manufacturers on the market will use a single chain to improve, because the manufacturing cost of a single chain is low and the maintenance is convenient, so that manufacturers will worry, and users will be in trouble after encountering problems.

2. Double chain

The floor elevator adopts double chain lifting, using two kinds of plate chain, model LH1266: plate number combination 66 and model LH1244: board number combination 4x4. LH1266 The tensile strength can reach 146 KN = 14.6 tons, and the LH1244 tensile strength can reach 96 KN = 9.6 tons. High strength chain pull, bearing without extension of long service life, large safety factor.

A double chain is a mechanical device consisting of two chains moving in parallel and synchronous motion. Each chain consists of a number of connections (links) that are connected by hinges. Double chains are usually used to transmit power or carry weight and can be used in a variety of industrial and mechanical equipment. They have the advantages of strong carrying capacity, stable structure and high motion accuracy, so they are widely used in many industrial fields.

In general, the main differences between the single chain and double chain lifting platforms lie in the structure, operation stability, manufacturing cost and maintenance cost. Four. Chain considerations

Do not directly soak the chain in diesel, gasoline, kerosene, WD-40, oil remover such as strong acid and strong alkaline detergent, because the inner ring bearing of the chain is injected with high viscosity oil, once washed off, will make the inner ring dry, no matter how much low viscosity chain oil afterwards, have nothing to do.
