◆ working conditions:
1. The worm speed of the worm gear reducer shall not exceed 1500r / min.
2. The working environment temperature is - 40 ℃ - + 40 ℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the working environment temperature is higher than 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken.
3. The worm gear reducer can rotate in positive and negative direction.
1. The worm gear shaft must not be used as the input shaft.
2. The machine does not need oil before leaving the factory, and it can only be operated with enough mechanical oil.
3. The supporting motor (i.e. power) shall not exceed the value specified on the label.
4. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, remove the two end covers of the shaft, take out the worm shaft, and adjust 180. Just load. It is not allowed to knock hard during press mounting. It can slowly drive the two shafts to make them mesh.
